Job Title: WindChill PLM Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Long Term Contract Mandatory skills . Hands on experience on WindChill PLM, Java, core Java . Should have strong customization background around Form processors, Validators, Data utilities, Form Controllers etc. . Good knowledge of and WindChill PLM WindChill PLM architecture, installation, customization and application interface framework . Good troubleshooting experience in and WindChill PLM . Good working experience on ITIL Service delivery processes and GMP validation processes . Should have knowledge about WindChill web services, creating Interfaces with external applications . Should have experience working using Agile methodology Preferred Skills . Familiarity with WindChill PLM application . Should be able to play the role of Scrum Master . Should have strong Java background, Oracle Database . Knowledge on GMP change control processes Job Roles/Responsibilities . Ensure services are delivered to the agreed SLA . Identify, log, categorize, prioritize, resolve incidents and raise a problem if required . Ensure that incidents are followed up and solved appropriately . Manage the lifecycle of incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations . Identify, investigate, and report on incidents and review findings with key stakeholders . Coordinate crisis management with relevant stakeholders, if required . Perform Periodic review for all the in-scope processes (review such Incident, Change Request, Problem Report, Audit Trail, User Access Request, Reviews etc. (not limited to...). . Oversee Problem management . Identify potential improvement areas . Coordinate fulfillment of service requests . Support SOE for application life cycle Management activities . Work with vendors/suppliers for incident/Problem/Change resolution .
