Job Description 

.         Experience in AWS provisioning. Good understanding in deploying,
automating and using Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, including AWS
Command Line Interface (AWSCLI), AWS SDKs, Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2),
Simple Storage Service (S3), Cloud Formation, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC),
or Cloud Watch

.         Creating infra qualification documents on AWS - Creating and
executing the test plans and test scripts to qualify the AWS infrastructure

.         Experience in working with CSVs (IT-Quality Teams) in getting the
infra qualification documents reviewed and approved

.         Deployment of applications on Windows servers

.         Good Communication Skills

.         Primary point responsible for the overall operability, resiliency,
performance, security and cost of Customer Cloud services.

.         Collaborate with Customer Application/ SRE- s, Developers in the
deployment and scaling of new product features to facilitate rapid cloud
adoption growth.

.         Experienced in managing operations services on Public Cloud
Platforms (AWS at priority etc.).

.         Challenge the status quo through intellectual curiosity and
natural inquisitiveness to look beyond the obvious for continuous
improvement opportunities

.         Integral part of Onsite CloudOps team, working in real time on
various projects.

.         Handling the entire communication and coordination with the
client, developers and business groups located in US, UK and Singapore
locations.

.         Leading, monitoring and ensuring the highest level of quality
standards in project delivery and production support.

.         Support continued refinement and expansion of infrastructure
health monitoring and incident response.

.         Follow the established change and incident and change management
processes.

.         Understand and continuously recommend improvements to Cloud
Operations processes, documentation, and tools.

.         Identify recurring problems and build the tools and processes to
prevent problems from recurring.

.         Define and adhere to following best practices.

.         Communicate and interact with Customer application teams to
collaboratively define solutions to address customer
problems/issues/challenges and enhance end user experience.

 

Skillset requirement:

.         AWS certification Professional desired along with one or two
specialties such as Security or Advanced Networking 

.         Experienced in managing operations services on Public Cloud
Platforms (AWS at priority etc.).

.         Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code or Configuration management
/infrastructure automation platforms, e.g. Ansible, AWS SSM, Jenkins,
Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation etc.

.         Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems,
virtualization (VMware), SQL and/or NoSQL databases, servers, storage, web
servers, networking concepts, and infrastructure security (AWS Native and
industry specific).

.         Experience creating web architecture and distributed systems
(built on (server-side) Windows and Linux )designs that incorporate
resiliency and performance

.         Has demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies,
quickly and effectively

.         Practical experience or a high level of comfort working with
DevOps teams in a fast-moving, agile software development environment.

.         Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deal with ambiguous
situations on a consistent basis.

.         Strong work ethic, highly organized, able to work independently
with minimal supervision.

.         ITIL framework awareness and optional experience of working in
Health care customer.

.         Experience working with teams that are located across different
time-zones and geographies

.         Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills

.         Trouble-shooting skills that span process, systems, network, and
automation

.         Strong customer orientation.

.         Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships to
accelerate delivery.

.         Well organized, with the ability to communicate with precision and
clarity
