NetSuite lead for daily month end/quarter end close defect resolution for urgent issues working directly with high level finance teams. GL, AP and Intercompany processes, including support of revenue recognition and multi-book accounting. Functional support of integration of external applications MDM management, Subsidiaries, COA, segments Search and reporting requests Testing and troubleshooting with off shore and local resources Training and mentoring, including leading certification effort for my team Manage off short team with both functional and technical capabilities for support and enhancement requests. Very strong in financials, reporting, saved searches, alerts, for both operations and finance. Enhancement to product, prioritize and groom backlog.
