Primary Skill -Knowledge on Oracle Outage Management System (OMS) and Distributed Management System (DMS) of Utilities . Knowledge on SCADA, DMS will be an added advantage . Provide trouble shooting, support to the OMS system for any issues . Is adept with Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes" Preferred Skills: . Preferred knowledge on Ourage Management Systems used in Electricity distribution . Red Hat Linux, Oracle, COTS, Java, C#, WinForms, ASP.net, MSRS . Be a part of Outage Management System support team (or) any support team (Handling L2 and L3 support) * Understanding of SQL querying nad Database" Job Roles/Responsibilities: .
