·         Ability to diagram the solution, present and demo the solutions

·         Demonstrates excellent knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and

development, and integration; communicates best practices/frameworks

·         Develops solutions across the ServiceNow platform to utilize
automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow, focused on
