* Interview type: Phone then In-person * Job Description- Benefits Admin Business Analyst working on Cardinal HCM Implementation Project - Benefits Admin Module Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Analyst Serve as a full-time member of the Cardinal HCM implementation project, located on-site at Paragon Place in Richmond, VA. Role will be of a functional nature, bringing practical HCM business knowledge and Benefits expertise to the Cardinal application team to ensure the statewide HCM application meets end user requirements. As a member of the functional, or application team, resource will be part of the system design, build, test and deploy efforts across the entire HCM Solution, which includes online and batch functionality, interface, reports, conversions, system configurations (set up), and training materials. Role is that of a “doer” not a “reviewer” of project Deliverables, although reviews are an important part of the job. Required skills are functional knowledge (Benefits Admin), expertise with PeopleSoft HCM, ability to work within a team environment, good communication skills, including ability to advocate for both end users and Cardinal, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
