Title: Sr. Business Analyst /EDI Analyst Location, Boise, ID 1+ Year Processing of Claims and records, EDI transactions and Insurance. 1 experienced Business Process Analyst to work with the team to help build/maintain the Unemployment Insurance system documentation. Experience with or detail knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Interstate Claim processing is preferred. Excellent experience with: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Facilitates the discovery of as-is and to-be business processes. Documents business processes in a manner that facilitates long term maintenance, business process automation, and process improvement. May work as a part of a development team acting as the business representative/advocate on software development projects. Successful candidates may be asked to demonstrate their experience with Azure DevOps, Visio, and Word. Experience with Unemployment Insurance Claim processing or Idaho Unemployment Insurance system is preferred Resumes will be used for initial selection.
