*NO OPT’s* *Need someone closer to Indianapolis* The Systems Analyst II works directly with business unit personnel under general guidance from a senior analyst or manager. The analyst plays a role in defining and establishing business and end-user requirements for existing and new application systems. This individual will develop a good working relationship with end-user organizations and will function as the end users' representative on technology issues. 1) Business Process Redesign 2) Technology Awareness 3) Requirements Analysis and Documentation 4) Systems Development Life Cycle 5) Systems integration 6) Data Management 7) Client Relationship Management 4 - 6 years experience in the information technology field, with at least two years in programming or a business analyst role Strong background in data profiling and analysis. Working knowledge of mainframe COBOL/copybook data structure. Working knowledge of relational database structures. Data mapping to identify common fields appearing in multiple data sources.
