Role: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Tampa, FL Long Term Contract Skill Set - Need: . 10+ years' experience as a business analyst for health care systems/software . 3+ years' experience in Agile methodologies (Agile/SAFe) . 3+ years' domain experience in the healthcare/provider sector - clinical EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and/or administrative/ revenue cycle-PM (Practice Management) . Application/Product experience - requirements, configuration, super user/app expertise . Requirements elicitation and documentation, including developing standards/templates for key artifacts . Excellent oral and written communication skills . Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Health Sciences with systems experience; MBA preferred Responsibilities; . Interact with customer application subject matter experts to facilitate knowledge transfer regarding legacy application features and functionality . Assist in structuring and developing requirements documentation for existing features being re-platformed . Author and validate requirements (epics and user stories) including business rules, acceptance criteria and other elaboration content per established templates . Develop estimates for work effort for user story development . Participate in product backlog development . Assist in planning and execution of new feature definition and design . Utilize selected application life cycle management system (e.g. Jira) to store and maintain requirements .
