Same core BA skills as above, but the domain is Workday Finance. Specific
highly desired skills include experienced documenting requirements for
financial systems, financial reports, etc. and/or experienced in
documenting requirements for ERP system integrations, including data mapping





*POSITION#2*



*Position: Workday HR Business Analyst*

*Location: Hammonton, NJ*

*Duration: 6 Months+*





The Business Analyst is typically known as the bridge between the business
and technology.  The successful candidate must be capable of effectively
communicating at all levels of the organization.  This person must develop
strong relationships in order to gain the confidence and respect of our
business partners as well as other IT department members in a complex and
rapidly changing technical environment.



With minimal supervision, the Business Analyst will perform the following:



•                      Work closely with the business to analyze problem
areas and assist in the development of business cases

•                      Consults with the business to identify, define and
document business needs and objectives, current state procedures, problems,
input and output requirements, levels of system access and proposed future
state.

•                      Acts as a liaison between HR departmental end-users,
project manager, information technology, and consultants in the analysis,
design, configuration, testing and maintenance of Workday HR systems.

•                      Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops
requirements for, new functionalities in Workday HR systems and
enhancements to existing Workday HR systems; ensures the design fits the
needs of the HR business process owners.

•                      Tracks and fully documents changes for functional
and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood
procedures for project artifacts and potential use in training

•                      Identifies opportunities for improving business
processes through technology and/or non-system changes

•                      Reads and interprets functional technical literature
and translates in terms understandable to the end-users

•                      May be required to organize and conduct HR business
process reengineering/ improvement sessions

•                      Leads the Workday HR system testing process
including development of UAT and End-to-End Test plans working closely with
the users.

*Qualifications:*

•                      Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a
related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

•                      4-5 years’ experience in using and analyzing Workday
HR (Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management)

•                      8 - 10 years applicable experience in business
analysis, HR enterprise applications and project implementation

•                      Ability to lead effectively and utilize social
influence to achieve organizational objectives

•                      Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
of the organization and external vendors

•                      Expert in planning and organizing, analyzing and
resolving problems

•                      Ability to use judgment and make sound decisions

•                      Excellent communication and collaboration skills





*POSITION#3*

*Position: Workday HR Absence Functional Consultant*

*Location: Hammonton, NJ*

*Duration: 6 Months+*



There are business requirements to design and reconfigure time-off,
accruals, and build new leave, and time-off plans. This resource needs to
be experienced in transforming business requirements into functional
requirements, leading design sessions, designing and configuring Workday
Absence Management. They will be responsible for updating the Workday
Absence Workbook and creating design documents to be signed-off by
business. This resource will assist with the development of Test Scenarios;
will perform unit testing of the new configurations in Workday Absence and
will provide oversight and recommendations for SJI’s User Acceptance
Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have lead at least one end-to-end
Workday Absence implementation. Workday absence certification is desirable
but not mandatory
