Role: SAP PI Consultant Location: Naperville, IL Client : CTS/HCSC Job Description: Need 9-10 Years of experience . Provide L2 Triage Unit support (Includes all Triaging effort in handling Incidents, Non-Ticketed Support activities, UI/Online availability, Coordination with Infra/Business & client Project/ Development team). . Application Triage support Respond and Resolve Incidents Working with interfacing applications for resolution. . Should have willingness to learn and basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application.
