Short Description: We have a need for a .Net developer using Visual Studio 2015. We would prefer local candidates in the Memphis area. This is for a high-priority project that is due in September. The is to make modifications to an existing materials management application. The application uses an existing Microsoft SQL server 2008 database.
Key skills
- Solid experience creating their own SQL stored procedures for existing application. Must be proficient in the command structure
- Experience in c#
- Ability to write code for WPF apps and web apps
- Primary developer tools will be Visual Studio 2015

Job Description
· HADOOP/SOLR knowledge would be a PLUS
· 2-5 years of experience in NodeJs, AWS, _javascript_, JQuery etc.
· Understanding the fully asynchronous behavior of NodeJs
· Knowledge of the common NodeJs or web server exploits and their solutions, accessibility and security compliances
· Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as _javascript_, HTML5, and CSS3
· Excellent working knowledge of databases, database schemas that represent and support business processes.
· will require a basic knowledge of languages with MVC frameworks: Java, Ruby, PHP, etc.
· Develop and Build Micro services using Node and Express JS
· Developing enterprise grade highly scalable application
· Displaying initiative and an ability to lead others, and develop applications team disciplined manner
· Utilizing and applying robust analytic thinking with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues.
· Conduct team code reviews
· Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs and issues within their technology area
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to take ownership of server-side feature integration and implement code quickly
· Experience with RESTful API design and development in Node.js using Hapi.js, Express, etc…
· Proficient working with NoSQL and Relational Databases
· Ability to create and implement data shapes to bridge back-end systems and front-end requirements
· Experience writing modern _javascript_ (ES6 / ES7) and Async / Await
· Experience maintaining clean codebases and high code coverage
· Comfortable with the Unix / Linux / OS X environment and cli tooling such as npm, yarn, brew
· Experience deploying and debugging code across development, qa, and production servers
