Should have experience working with *Prime Vendors or Direct Clients.* *DESCRIPTION :* - The ideal candidate must be from US – STAFFING Background with leadership skills and have *7-15 years of experience in US staffing* - minimum *6+ years of experience to get Direct Clients to the Company .* - Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients. - Good Experience in *Account / Client Management* and must be able to target new *Direct Clients, Implementation Partners.* - Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.Candidate need to close minimum *3-4 Closures in a month* - Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients Must be comfortable interacting with Top Management / Client facing capabilities. - Must be able to Directly interact with Clients technical panel for requirements gathering, Submittals, interview status, interview follow-up.
