Location – Miami, FL Duration: Longterm Job Description – Solution Architect (Technical) Knowledge Of Platforms - Java, J2EE - Node, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Relation DBMSs -Oracle - AngularJS, React and Node.js - RESTful API development - Source control (Git, Bitbucket, Svn, Stack overflow, etc.) - Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Bambo, Maven, XLR, Cobertura, Mockito, SOAPUI, JMeter) - Infrastructure Automation (Puppet, Chef, Ansible) - Container Concepts (Docker) - Orchestration (Kubernetes, Swarm) Preferred: - Test automation, DevOps and Test-Driven Development Key responsibilities - Drive the architecture and development of high-quality innovative software solutions - Develop solutions that help customers build and migrate applications, software and services on the Cloud platform - Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria - Own each technical engagement and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value. (Deliver of actual solutions to be done by Amazon Web Services partners) - Ensure compliance to Design coding Standards, guidelines and best practices - Evaluation of new technologies and tools. Plan and develop innovation, POCs, and MVPs - Work closely with team members located across different geographies - Comprehend Product Requirements, Solution Design and perform estimation and explain to team members and fix complex Technical issues - Perform Impact Analysis and Product enhancements, as per technical specifications - Responsible for technical collaboration and solving issues collectively Qualifications - Graduate Engineering Degree or higher in with a minimum of 14+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience is required - Ability to think strategically and relate architectural decisions/recommendations to business needs and client culture. - Strong ability to apply rigor and discipline to the design/development process regardless of the tools/technologies used. - Ability to discuss/debate architectural issues and seamlessly modify communication based on the technical level of the target audience. - Knowledge of how to assess the performance of software systems, how to diagnose performance problems, and tools used to monitor and tune performance. - Extensive knowledge of design patterns and when to apply them. - Extensive knowledge of the Java/J2EE platform, its core libraries, and many 3rd party or open-source frameworks often used in the industries. - Experience in AWS services and development life cycle of applications in AWS. Experience in AWS data tools and technologies. - Strong Knowledge on Interfaces, API, Services, and Micro Services along with Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis - Extensive knowledge of the concepts and tools required for effective software development including: Integrated Development Environments, Continuous Integration, Operating Systems (specifically UNIX/Linux), Test-driven Development, SDLC Methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe. - Expert knowledge in Performance, Scalability, Security, Enterprise System Architecture, and Engineering best practices - Proven track record of successfully architecting large-scale high-available systems using agile DevOps based software development life cycle - Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country/time zone environment -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
