Manage agile teams, led by Project Managers/Release Engineers, and are responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget. Assign appropriate milestones, develop reporting processes and ensure that every team has what they need to complete their project. Act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders Proven ability to align business and technology through Program Management and Agile transformations. Required 3 Years Proven ability to leverage business strategies and technology to drive enterprise goals and objectives. Required 3 Years Proven ability to prepare and execute a large scale (Company-wide, Agency-wide, State-wide) Agile transformation plan. Required 3 Years Documented experience in Agile Program Management Required 5 Years Question 1: Describe your experience leading Agile teams and programs.
