BI Consultant is responsible for development and implementation of Cognos BI solutions. *BI Consultant in New York, NY for Contract role.* * Job Responsibilities- 5-7 years who can join by Aug 1st 2019*Analyze BI requirements and develop Cognos Reporting solutions to support standard reporting, Dashboard and self-service environment. Follow thru with testing alongside users and handle Production implementations. Provide troubleshooting for existing Cognos Dashboards and reports, and support any enhancements required. Extensive usage of SQLs and stored procedures for validations and to carry out minor database development if required. *Qualifications-*Proficiency with Cognos BI Product suite – Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Transformer, Query Studio, Framework Manager (preferably on version Cognos 10.2.2 and Cognos v11.x). Hands on experience with Cognos portal Administration including backups, job scheduling, migrations, bursting setup and file based delivery.
