*Job Title:* Test Lead
*Job Location:* Battle Creek, Michigan
*Duration:* 6+ Months
*Job Description : *
- This positon is for a Test Lead to provide support or an Payroll
Upgrade.
- The Test Lead will define, monitor review and maintain the
overall Test strategy
for integration and parallel testing and ensure the Test Strategy is
executed in accordance with client test practices and policies.
- Also they will provide oversight of all testing and reports
disseminated to the PMO.

- *Requirements:*
- The Test Lead will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end testing
for integrations and parallel in a cloud environment.
- Also coordinating the creation, update, and maintenance of Test Plans,
Test Cases, and developing / updating test tracking in ALM Octane.
- They shall also coordinate the documentation, tracking, and reporting
of defects and defect resolution (also using Octane).
- The candidate should have experience in conducting Testing for large
ERP systems, and ideally for Payroll (or HRIS).
- Also desired is experience in payroll in general, and ideally
Ceridian’s Dayforce. They will exhibit the ability to work independently
and as part of a team in a high paced environment.
*Basic Qualifications:*
- Ideally experience with payroll, HR or HRIS
- Experience as Test Lead in a ERP Project; in a large company (5,000
employee +)
- Experience creating software test plans, test results reports, and
defect tracking and reporting is a necessity.
- Experience developing/documenting use/test cases and scripts
- Familiarization with Waterfall software testing methodologies/processes
- Familiarization with the ALM Octane is a plus
