*W2 ( No C2C )* *Job Description:* *Duties and Responsibilities:* • Provide a technical review of current database and server configuration • Perform expert troubleshooting of technical problems and/or performance issues • Create recommendations for performance tuning and proactive monitoring options • Partner with application support teams to provide guidance and recommendation on database elements of the technical roadmap • Contribute to the identification and/or delivery of technical process improvements • Effectively communicate with various levels of the organization *Qualifications:* • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred • Minimum of 5-7 years’ database administration as production DBA (SQL Server) • Experience in DB design, including architecture, integrations, index design, procedures, functions, and triggers required • Advanced skills on performance issues, tuning, and scaling • Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, performance issues, connectivity issues, and security issues. • Experience planning and executing database migrations required • Experience on Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred Experience with PeopleSoft preferred W Thanks...
