· Feature simplification
· Coaching business to simplify requirements

· Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict
· Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and
strictly
· Dependency Management
· Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer
divergence from allocated tasks
· Reporting Status Dashboards
· Team Jira updates
· Burn down & Velocity gatekeeper
