Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on experienced Data Architect who will be responsible for
consolidating and migrating data from various systems to Salesforce.
Basic Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect
· Experience working on Salesforce data integration projects where he/she was able to successfully complete data migration from various data sources to Salesforce (including AWS and through microservices)
· Experience in Account, Opportunity, Contact and Lead data management and migration projects
· Ability to design complex data models on Salesforce.com platform
· Ability to do analysis on Salesforce.com data performance using Salesforce native Reporting & Dashboard tools
· Demonstrate deep data integration and migration experience with Salesforce.com and other cloud-enabled tools
· Good understanding of web services like REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API and their interactions with other databases
· Demonstrate expertise in complex SQL statements and RDBMS systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgresQL
· Develop, maintain and review data process and architecture for on-premise and cloud-based data systems
· Conduct team reviews and recommend data modeling, administrative, and design improvements
· Work closely with team members to optimize database queries
· Perform data transformation and data load from AWS to Salesforce.com
· Work with very large data sets ; 10 million or more data records.
· Demonstrate experience with complex coding through ETL tools such as Informatica, Pentaho, and Talend
· Interpret client functional and informational needs and turn them into data requirements, process models, and active systems
· Assess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels
· Demonstrate ability to learn and research advanced data technologies and concepts, learning new skills and software as necessary
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Advanced ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders
· Excellent written skills and capability to be concise, yet precise
· Ability to create detailed document artifacts and maintain them for the duration of projects would be preferable

The Java Developer-SHINES responsibilities include the integration and design of new application systems and/or life-cycle enhancement to existing complex multi-platform (Java) Department of Human Services Systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years web development experience which includes the programming/development of web applications
• Strong Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB, Spring.
• Design, code, test, and deploy J2EE based applications into industry-leading container/application server environments such as Weblogic/JBoss/Glass Fish application servers.
