Maintain and manage the JIRA, JIRA ServiceDesk, and Wiki infrastructure including troubleshooting and tuning all components (Linux OS, Java VM, and Apache Web Server), as well as project migration and deployment. Monitor resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk, Java VM) and provide routine system utilization reporting. Create documentation and cross-train other team members. Provide support in all areas of JIRA, JIRA ServiceDesk, Wiki, and JIRA REST API applications integrating with JIRA and the configuration management database. Design, develop, and deploy projects that meet enterprise ITIL and DevOps project needs. Maintain and manage the daily operational support, DevOps infrastructure and tools. This work will include troubleshooting and tuning of all components (GitLab, Sonar, Nexus, Fisheye, Jenkins, Subversion, Fortify). Work with a team to maintain the Tableau infrastructure including troubleshooting and tuning of all components (Clustered Tableau environment and Windows OS, SAML, and AWS infrastructure). Work with a team to manage the daily operational support of the Tableau infrastructure. *Skills Required:* 3+ years of experience in Linux Server configuration and management. Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Working understanding of JIRA and other Atlassian products. Experience using tools to create testing scripts for regression and load testing after patches have been applied. Experience in Amazon Web Services’ technical infrastructure configuration and management. Bachelor’s Degree. Thanks...
