Minimum of six years of experience as a Senior Mainframe Developer using COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, JCL, TSO/ISPF.
Other desirable experience is as follows:
•Demonstrated knowledge of relevant functional business areas of Oregon Self-Sufficiency Program (SSP) and Oregon Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) programs and processes, or similar knowledge from other states.
•Previous experience in state or local Oregon government agencies or for Human Services organizations in other states.
•Demonstrated experience with large-scale complex technical architectures that include interfaces with other large-scale systems.
•Demonstrated knowledge with logging of communication between large-scale systems.
•Demonstrated knowledge in the handshake between interfacing systems to ensure proper reception and synchronization of records; this should specifically include experience developing and testing web services across multiple platforms.
•Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision and direction

The work to be done by the Contractor is to use C#, PowerShell, and Microsoft Office 365 Graph API to write scripts to automate changes to Microsoft OneDrive accounts (e.g., automating changes needed when people leave the organization). Work will also include testing and validation of scripting and providing complete documentation of scripts created.
Requires knowledge/expertise with C# and PowerShell

Position Title: Business Analyst IV - 11001-19
Location: Salem, OR

Required background/skills include experience creating reports based off of a data model and experience working with data dictionaries. A plus is experience doing SQL queries, SSIS reports and experience with MS SQL and MS Business Intelligence tools, also the data modeling tool ERWIN. A high degree of organization and multi-tasking skills in addition to being detailed orientated is required. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team of database developers and business partners
This work will require meeting facilitation, cross-functional communication and creating/updating documentation in MS Excel, as well as use of Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SharePoint. Majority of work efforts will leverage an Agile methodology and daily stand-ups.

Position Title: Software Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Write documentation for the code to be written
• Write automated tests for code to be written
• Implement functionality such that automated tests successfully pass and according to coding standards
• Work with product managers and UX designers to deliver most optimal and customer-friendly implementation.
• Be on-call on a rotating basis for the services owned by the team
• Debug production issues and create subsequent mitigation plans
• Optimize performance of existing implementations
• Own the product or component entirely
• Bring forward ideas to experiment and work in teams to transform ideas to reality
• Prioritize tasks with the scrum master that leads the team to be successful
Basic Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science
• At least 5 years in product development experience
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures (trees, graphs, hash tables)
• Deep understanding of functioning and implementation of basic algorithms such as sorts, searching and the capability to explain performance characteristics and complexity using Big-O notations
• Capability to independently debug problems and analyze logs in production systems
• Capability to read existing code
• Strong understanding of various data storage options such as relational, no-SQL, etc.
• Fluency in SQL/SQL-like query
• Strong scripting skill in Shell, Python or Ruby
• Strong language skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, Golang, .net Core
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics
• Strong leadership skills with capability to lead a team of 3 to 4 engineers technically
• Track record of developing products in an Agile development environment

• Understanding of Git and development activities such as merge, conflict resolution of code
