Candidate needs to be a hands-on Java/J2EE Spring/Hibernate Developer
supporting few Java applications. Candidate should have very good
understanding on agile methodology. Candidate should be capable of quickly
learning diverse technologies and becoming an independent contributor.
Candidate must have strong communication and personal/soft skills.
Candidate will be responsible for doing Code Reviews, ensuring code
quality, and should be able to help continuous integration and deployment
of Applications.
Candidate will be interacting with clients on regular basis and must
present well. Candidate must be a self-starter and a decision maker.
*Characteristics:*
Candidates must be high energy and driven to delivery.
When presented with problems, this person must develop and be able to
present multiple solutions/approaches to solve the problem.
They are expected to develop new solutions and approaches and to encourage
others to do the same.
They need to be good communicators, and team players. Status-quo should not
be part of their vocabulary.
*Minimum Work Experience:*
7+ Years of IT experience with a very good knowledge in following
technologies.
3-5 year Java programming experience
5-7 years’ experience in API development
3-5 years’ experience application development (Java, J2EE)
5-7 years’ experience with database interfaces
All Java Resources must have web service experience (developing and
consuming, REST-JSON and SOAP-XML
