*Responsibilities *
Lead team with at least 5 parallel projects.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve product quality to apple standards.
Collaborate with business teams on test coverage and features.
Develop test strategies and help the team to follow QA process.
Help QA team to unblock the issues.
Design and Build test frameworks.
Experience in developing an application using JAVA/OBJ. C.
Ability to identify and communicate any flaws that might affect product
quality.
Write test frameworks for Web Services and Web User Interfaces.
Take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all
levels with an eye toward improving product quality.
*Minimum qualifications *
BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. 3
years of experience developing test automation in Java.
Ability to lead teams.
Excellent communication skill.
*Preferred qualifications *
MA/MS in Computer Science.
6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of industry
experience. Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans,
creating test cases and debugging.
Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
Deep knowledge of internet technologies.
Project Management and Planning Skills.
Strong knowledge of UI automation for Web Applications
