Working experience on Networking . WiFi gateway/router knowledge . Knowledge on Notifications/Alarms/Faults . Object hierarchy maintenance for Alarms . Aggregation and reprioritization of Faults . Critical thinker, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and maintain a positive attitude . Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) . Creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability to translate technical requirements into test plans . Ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in a fast-paced environment Job Roles/Responsibilities: Operations support with preliminary tasks like: . Defect tracking . Defect analysis . Issue triaging . Interfacing with multiple cloud based applications . Interfacing with the platform related applications . Enhancing the triaging process by enriching the data for triaging .
