*GUIDEWIRE BA ROLE* *Location: Columbus, Ohio - Must work onsite Monday - Thursday, but can work remote Friday. ALL travel expenses covered!* *Duration: 12+ months* *ROLE SUMMARY* Business Analyst role for Guidewire PolicyCenter focusing on Rating workstream. Role includes eliciting and documenting requirements. RATING *ROLE DESCRIPTION* - Plan and held meetings and workshops with the client, be responsible for client communication - Collect and analyze customer requirements documentation - Consolidate information into structured view - Document and verify Rating methodology - Implement Rating rules and requirements in a format that can be consumed by GW developers and signed-off by PO - Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing by defining the testing strategy, scheduling resources and tracking test performance - Assist in the development of data models mappings and integration specifications - Define Rating versioning and maintenance requirements as well as other nonfunctional requirements - Track and monitor analysis progress with status reporting - Review and coordinate customer approval and change management - Review and coordinate alignment with other insurance suite components - Guidewire PolicyCenter certified preferred - Prior experience working with Agile PM tools (e.g. JIRA) Must have: *-Guidewire* Nice to have: -Agile -P&C Insurance (property and casualty) Culture fit: -self-starter -self sufficient -independent worker Education: bachelors Interview Process: -Phone interview -Onsite interview if they're local -Open to hiring off of phone screen Can work onsite Monday - Thursday, remote Friday.
