The System Architect must have at least three (3) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience, within the last seven (7) years, in the following areas: ü Providing systems engineering and technical guidance working with health and human services programs for a large public or private organization project which supports 1,000 + end-users and interfaces with other systems; ü The proposed staff must have at least two (2) years of FTE experience in a lead capacity; ü Designing and implementing complex software systems; ü Managing technology implementation projects and presenting to, and working with, stakeholders at all levels of seniority; ü Applying an evolutionary architecture approach to software architecture and digital transformation; ü Developing and using web-based Application Programming Interfaces (APIs); and ü Utilizing open source solutions and communities of interest. 2 The System Architect must have at least two (2) years of FTE experience with digital cloud transformation for large architecture migration projects that support 1,000 + end-users and interface with other systems to include designing, engineering, and integration of Cloud technologies to deliver a fully integrated Cloud environment; building and scaling high-traffic web application and/or high-volume transaction processing and analysis platform. 3 The System Architect must have at least three (3) years of FTE experience analyzing performance requirements and associated metrics for network or web-based applications for a large integration project which supports 1,000 + end-users and interfaces with other systems to include building and scaling high-traffic websites and/or high-volume transaction processing and analysis platforms; coordinating input and reporting from multiple data centers. 4 The System Architect must have at least three (3) years of FTE experience overseeing, facilitating, and/or participating in software upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, and server migrations on a large integration project for a large public or private organization project which supports 1,000 + end-users and interfaces with three (3) other systems.
