Technical Requirements:
. Minimum 6-8 years of IT industry experience
. Must have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
with advanced customizations including Service Catalog, HR catalog, Business
Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Script Includes, ACLs, UI pages, UI
macros, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, HTML/CSS/XML, table and field
creation, SerivceNow emails
. ServiceNow Experience must include scripting in ServiceNow, tool
configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment.
Specifically, candidates must possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow
platform including the creation and/or customization of the core
applications such as HR Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
and Approvals
. Experience with working or developing in the following programming
languages: JavaScript, Jelly Script, ServiceNow specific APIs like
GlideSystem, GlideAjax etc
. Good to have experience with Web Services Integration using SOAP,
REST and JSON
. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator
. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist/Administrator certification
is a plus

problem-solving skills are essentials
. Good oral and written communication skills
. Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
. Ensures information is accurate and complete
. Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
