Create and manage exchange rules. 2. Configure settings required in exchange admin center. 3. Managing ATP and EOP policies. 4. PowerShell scripting for any bulk operations. * Yammer - 1. Managing global configurations and settings. 2. Reporting * Users and Group management. . Azure AD: * Office 365 related tasks and global configurations eg: SSPR. * App registrations. . AirWatch: * Onboarding new Companies: * Groups creation, setting up pilot users * Requirement gathering for any additional requirement/request (profile changes) other than the default gold image profile. * App deployments * Coordinating with ATT team for gold image and profile creation, Implementation * Setting up country admins with Country level AW access and training them for the same * Day to day operations/tasks - issues/requests * Device management * Users/Groups management - Setting up User groups, Syncing groups, Bulk addition/removal * App management - deployments, removal, Provisioning Profile renewal, * users/groups assignment management * Associated O365 AAD activities . Apple DEP: Management of iOS devices for field technicians in DEP.
