SNOW Developer for Honda. 

Location is Torrence, CA

 

JD:

.             Gathering requirements and converting BRD's into technical
requirements

.             Experience developing and supporting ITSM modules like
Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog

.             Experience designing service Portal, designing portal pages
and widgets

.             Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI
Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control
Lists etc

.             Knowledge of working with different kind of scripts in
ServiceNow and their order of execution.

.             Experience working with email notifications, inbound actions,
reports, gauges, and home pages

.             Experience on creation of catalog items, wizards, record
producers, interceptors, user guide

.             Experience on creation and customization of complex workflows
and workflow activities

.             Experience with transform maps, data sources and different
transform scripts for data loads and management

.             Experience with schedule jobs, events and triggers to manage
business needs and handle background work

.             Knowledge of CMDB interaction with SNOW platform

.             Developing Functional and Technical Specifications and provide
User Training

.             Perform migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod

.             Version upgrade experience

.             Web service integration (inbound and outbound) with third
party application

 

Duties:

-              Develop stories as part of minor and major releases

-              Working on eRequest to ITSM conversion project

-              Working on CMDB project

-              ServiceNow version upgrades

-              Support Catalog editors for catalog development

-              Support knowledge editors for Knowledge creations

-              Providing L3 level support for ITSM tickets

-              Support custom Remedy Application

Technical Requirements: 

1.       Experience on ServiceNow Domain separated instance

2.       ServiceNow Developer who has extensive experience in JavaScripting
(front end & backend), Orchestration, workflows, Scoped application
development, ACLs, etc.

3.       ServiceNow Upgrade, Cloning, etc.

4.       Troubleshooting and problem solving approach

5.       Knowledge of ADO and Dev Ops

6.       Willingness to learn Python and Ansible

7.       Team player mindset

8.       Agile mindset and experience of Agile delivery
