*Content Management system:* Tridion or AEM – Good to have.

• Strong understanding of production support activities - Incident
Management, Service Request, Problem and Change Request is mandatory
• Experience in Customer Facing role is mandatory
• Should be able to lead 6+ member team from remote location and
co-ordinate the work between customers and offshore resources. Prioritize
issues raised and resolve it accordingly. Coordinate escalation and
resolution of major service issues
• Strong technical knowledge in ASP.NET, C#.NET, MVC5, Web API and SQL
Server with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in UI technologies - JavaScript & JQuery is
mandatory
• Should know basics of Angular JS, Node JS and MongoDB, working experience
on the same will be a plus
• Knowledge on Content Management is mandatory and knowledge in AEM is plus
• Knowledge on Cloud hosting solution like Google Cloud or AWS is plus
• Should have experience handling cross browser issues
• Should have experience with version control tools like SVN, GIT etc
• Should have experience using firebug or any other developer tools that
support on the fly debugging of web pages
• Should have experience working on offshore/onsite model and should
communicate efficiently across the team
• Good communication skills.
• Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to
production support.
• Discuss all production support aspects with application development
management
