We have urgent requirement's with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID : (DYES00006444) Title: IT Disaster Recovery Analyst (Mid Level) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months+ Locals Preferred: Job Description: The IT Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for facilitating Client information technology disaster recovery readiness efforts. This specifically includes working with system owners, our vendors, and our infrastructure teams to ensure critical systems have solutions in place. The Business Continuity Systems Engineer is also responsible for planning and executing datacenter-scoped disaster recovery exercises. The ideal Business Continuity Systems Engineer will is a technical SME who is adept at communications and planning. Specific responsibilities include: . Facilitate cross-functional disaster recovery planning and provisioning . Educating system owners regarding disaster recovery planning and options . Creation of project plans, documents, and presentations regarding resiliency planning and disaster recovery . Process and procedure creation, documentation, and improvement . Supporting and/or managing disaster recovery exercises . Support issue management and resolution activities . Working with infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs . Support and/or managing Information Technology disaster recovery efforts in the event of a site outage . Creation of concise, accurate, and timely reports . Conducting system business impact analysis(es) . Providing off-hours support as required for recovery activities or exercises Education and Experience: . Minimum 3 years of experience in information technology . 4-year college degree in computer science or related field is desired Required Skills: . At least 3 years of information technology experience working within an enterprise . Highly effective at verbal and non-verbal communication . Adept at project organization and management . Experienced with Microsoft Project or other project management tools . Familiarity with networks and enterprise technologies; including servers, backups, virtualization, SAN, firewalls, VPN, and load balancers . Effective at managing multiple projects, efforts, and priorities concurrently . Disaster recovery experience Nice to have: 3 plus years in technical project management Fusion Framework experience Service now experience Sharepoint experience Top HM priorities 1. Experience with conducting participating IT disaster recovery exercises 2. Having business continuity background 3.
