Role: UX Designer Location: Portsmouth, NH Long Term Contract Job Description: . Experienced in designing user work flows, create mock-ups for the new features and troubleshoot usability issues . Present design recommendations to business and technology stakeholders for feedback, buy-in, alignment, and sign-off . Possess strong understanding of standard design processes and design skills to support the configuration effort . Work with Lead UX Designer for the overall UX strategy for the product(s) . Conduct user experience research to guide product design decisions (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc) . Work closely with project team including Business Customers, Product, Design & Engineering . Knowledge of design/wire-frame tools is a plus.
