Job Description :

*HTML/CSS Developer – Mid*

*General Description/Purpose*

   - The HTML/CSS Developer will work with a cross-functional team of
   designers, developers, and product managers to improve and maintain
   websites. The HTML/CSS Developer will also collaborate with core UI team
   members to develop repeatable design patterns, establish development
   standards, and help maintain a component library.

*Requirements*

   - Experience working in a product and/or agile environments
   - Analyze and translate business requirements and user needs into
   production ready UI
   - HTML, CSS, VS Code (or equivalent), Git (or equivalent)
   - Work within visual design language, pattern library & usage guidelines
   - Actively participate in code reviews, stakeholder reviews &
   company-wide demos
   - Maintain & extend design component library
   - A portfolio of code samples or work that clearly communicates
   successful customer/user-focused website and application solutions



*Nice to have:*

   - Expert level understanding of graphic design fundamentals (typography,
   color theory, layout, etc.)
   - Advanced understanding of JavaScript



*Day to day responsibilities*

• Understand business objectives, as well as customer needs, in order to
articulate how design can address them

• Work closely with cross-functional feature teams to deliver features in
support of business objectives

• Extend and improve the UI design language, development standards and
component libraries

• Actively participate in design critiques, code reviews and team
