Job Title: Senior Java Developer Location : Plano, TX Duration : 1 year plus Key skills : Java developers, Rest based micro-services deployed using Spring-boot with JDK 1.8 preferably to a Cloud environment ( great if it's AWS, ok if it's Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Kubernetes experience a plus Description Job Description: Senior Software Developer for the Topology team who will be responsible for architecture, design, develop and deployment of highly scalable and easily maintainable software platforms. Job Duties: * Senior level Micro Services developer and architect to deliver efficient, maintainable, robust Java based micro services. * Produces architecture and design documents and LOE's, and implement features based on product requirements. * Ability to analyze and decompose existing monolithic Applications into Micro services * Collaborating with Deployment and Test Team members to resolve issues. * Develop solutions that integrate databases (MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Graph, Redis) * Troubleshoot NoSQL issues and performance bottlenecks 8+ years of experiences in all areas of software development - Analyzing requirements, architecture, design, development, test and deployment of complex systems.
