*Role: Informatica Powercenter Technical Lead*
*Location: Holmdel, NJ*
We need a strong Informatica Powercenter Tech Lead for Santander Holdings
based out of Holmdel, NJ immediately to backfill an associate who is
leaving back to India due to visa constraints.

*Job Description:*
• Lead technical project team consists of full time &
consultants for successful development and delivery of the project. Should
be able to manage offshore team as an onsite coordinator.
• Handle multiple projects in parallel
• Work closely with Business Analysts and help them in
FRD completion
• Participate and deliver Solution design, working
closely with the architecture team
• Understand business requirements and convert them
into detail technical specifications for Data models and ETL programs
• Design the Logical and Physical data models using the
Dimensional modeling techniques.
• Design and Develop/Review ETL programs primarily
using Informatica PowerCenter, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts
• Participate in the new team member hiring process
• Coach and guide the technical team in terms
development of ETL jobs
• Performance improvement & tuning of Informatica
mappings, SQL & PL/SQL scripts
• Technical reviews, Data validation & end to end
testing of ETL Objects, Source data analysis and data profiling.
• Update the project documentation (Change Requests and
JIRA’s) on the confluence
• Support QE on End-to-End testing and provide
daily/weekly project status to the Project manager
• Work with deployment team in the code migration
across the SDLC environments
• Triage the Production issues and work on the code
fixes
• Experience with Informatica installation and
configuration/Administration and Security setup
• 10+ years of experience in implementation of BI
projects in a large scale enterprise data warehouse environment
• 3+ years of experience in leading the technical team
• 7+ years of hands on experience in ETL Tool
Architecture and ETL products especially Informatica 9.x and Oracle Data
Integrator (ODI)
• Converting functional specifications into ETL
technical specifications
• Should be familiar with Oracle Peoplesoft, SFDC,
ServiceNow applications
• Dimensional Modeling and Data warehouse concepts,
such as star schemas, snowflakes, dimensions, facts etc
• Should have hands on experience in designing large
scale Enterprise Data Warehouse environments
• Proven hands-on experience in using Informatica
components such as Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository
Manager, etc
• Hands on experience with database like Oracle, MSSQL
Server and database languages like SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL tuning & Informatica performance
improvement skills
• Exposure to new technologies like Hadoop, PIG, flume,
Hive, Greenplum, Scheduling tool will be a big plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
