*Job Description:*

*Essential Responsibilities:*

•             Partner with the Manager-Talent Management to become a
process and subject matter expert, and thought leader for performance
management (includes goal planning, performance, performance improvement
plans, mentoring modules, 360 assessments, and succession planning) and
Onboarding. Work with HR and business teams to enable the sustainable
achievement of business unit results Assist with innovation cycles for all
modules in SuccessFactors.

o             Work with SuccessFactors to influence future designs and
releases. Maintain positive partnering relationship with SuccessFactors.

o             Support the change management process needed for the
organization to embrace new processes or system features.

•             In collaboration with the Manager–Talent Management, members
of the HR and business teams, design, develop and implement enterprise-wide
talent management processes, systems, and programs including performance
management succession planning and Onboarding.

•             Design and implement system upgrades/changes for performance
management,Onboarding and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

•             Provide regular updates to HR users regarding any changes to
the system.

•             Support upgrades, enhancements, and testing.

•             Analyze software releases to assess impact of new features.

•             Create and maintain process documentation and provides
training to advanced users.

•             Investigate and resolve complex production support issues.

•             Significant L&D experience in a corporate setting with a deep
understanding of applied learning best practice and familiarity with
current and future advances in the area of corporate learning

Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors
Learning experience preferred)

•             Proven track record of successfully translating
organizational goals and strategies into learning requirements and
development experiences

•             Experience with vendor selection and management

•             Demonstrated ability to build credibility and collaborative
relationships with top management and peers to build commitment and gain
support for major initiatives. Ability to engage in proactive stakeholder
management to ensure clear alignment with organizational leaders on
learning priorities.

•             A track record of accomplishment as an internal consultant
leading the implementation of learning and development initiatives in a
corporate environment

•             Experience with analyzing data and transforming into
compelling business-focused narratives

•             Experience delivering results in a global and matrixed
organization highly preferred

Skills & Behaviors

Basic Qualifications:

•             Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of business, HR, information
systems, or related experience OR a Masters Degree in business, HR,
information systems, or related

•             Experience using Success Factors

•             Experience deploying performance management processes to
global teams

•             Strong ability to partner with key stakeholders to drive
organizational change

•             Demonstrated ability to interact with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

•             Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of business, HR, information
systems, or related experience OR Masters Degree and 3-5 years of business,
HR, information systems, or related experience

•             Experience managing innovation cycles and doing configuration
for the Performance, Succession, LMS and Onboarding Modules in
SuccessFactors

•             Expertise in deploying performance management and Onboarding
processes to global teams

•             Expertise in partnering with key stakeholders to drive
organizational change

•             Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership
