Title: Program Manager

Description:

The Program Manager will provide technical project management and business
program management for key strategic initiatives supporting the brand team.
This role will work closely with all internal groups and external
third-party service providers to establish a project plans which consider
critical tasks, durations and dependencies. The Program Manager is expected
to be autonomous in management of meetings, solicitation of agendas,
distribution of meeting minutes, tracking completion of action items and
regular updates on project status.

The Program Manager will assist the Brand Technology Solutions organization,
specifically supporting the US Oncology Marketing organization. This
individual will work closely with the BTS Brand Technology Omni-Channel
Capabilities Lead, to provide technical project management and business
program management for key strategic initiatives supporting the brand team.
This role will work closely with all internal groups and external
third-party service providers to establish a project plans which consider
critical tasks, durations and dependencies. Specifically, the Program
Manager is expected to:

*       Develop, execute and manage the program within the defined scope.
*       Manage a multitude of interrelated projects within the constraints
of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the
successful completion of the program.
*       Partner with business sponsors/key stakeholders to confirm program
success criteria.
*       Responsible for the overall program delivery consisting of large
concurrent projects which are managed by multiple project managers.
*       Establish and ensure transparent reporting of program status,
issues, risks, and financials.

 

Key Responsibilities

*       Initiate and Plan Program: Works with business and IT management to
establish and gain consensus on program goals, objectives, financials and
deliverables. Responsible for building the plan and resource needs to
accomplish the scope.
*       Program Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues
and risks will affect the program working with business and IT management
and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure
the program is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
*       Executing and Closing Program: Leads project managers and teams in
developing and executing a program plan ensuring that authorized resources
are obtained to make certain that all activities are performed. Gather
lessons learned and obtain final program approval from sponsor and
stakeholders.
*       Program Communication: Communicate program progress by producing
program reports to provide timely and accurate program status and decision
support information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes
recommendations based on current program status to resolve issues and manage
risks.
. Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure program and
business needs are addressed through proactive priority management with
business and IT management. Motivates and mentors project managers across
the program's project work streams.
*       Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable
Corporate and functional policies and procedures.
*       Decisions: Make decisions that impact program level activities.
Influences or has final decision authority for program budget.
*       Overall: Ability to influence without owning, establish and maintain
high-quality relationships with all cross-functional team members, promote
collaboration to assist in planning and executing projects, including
gaining consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.

*       Troubleshoots issues with frequent follow ups with vendors until
there is a firm and complete resolution
*       Prepares concise, informative, well-organized and impactful
PowerPoint presentations summarizing results and insights
*       Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from
sponsor and stakeholders.
*       Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide
timely and accurate project status and decision support information to
Project Team, Department and Division management.
*       Seeks to leverage proven frameworks, methodologies, and best
practices in projects and advocates for the implementation of those methods
in a reusable fashion
*       Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional
Policies and procedures
*       Exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative and
compliance.

 

Qualifications

*       Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/Computer Science
or related discipline.
*       Experience

*       At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing programs
*       At least 9 years' experience in project management, business systems
analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 6 years'
experience managing projects.
*       Minimum 12 years combined experience

*       Exemplary oral and written communication skills
*       Proven track record of effective project leadership and positive
results
*       Proven Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are
required

 

Preferred

*       PgMP/PMP Certification
*       Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with
minimal oversight
*       Experience working in Pharma/Life Science or similar industries
*       Experience working within Pharma Client
*       Experience working in Commercial / Marketing
*       Experience working in and with Technology Teams and products

Description:

Help lead any additional Supply Chain Planning project work
Oversees all aspects of assigned programs and projects and ensures
commitment to scope, schedule and budget are met. Sets deadlines, assigns
responsibilities, manages schedule & key milestones and summarizes progress
of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members,
vendors, and other departments contributing to the projects. Prepares

Workload Automation AutoSys edition platform. As the automation engineer,
you will deliver the following services for the AutoSys platform:

. Software installation and configuration (agents and plugins)

. Performance monitoring and tuning, load balancing
. Capacity management and metrics gathering
. Establish, maintain and apply standard practices and governance
