Product assessment, Technology road map definition, Business process standardization, Solution design & large scale business transformation program implementation Primary Skillsets . Deep domain expertise in Compensation Management / Distribution & Incentive Management area. . Prior experience in analyzing customer needs through discussions, data collection and analysis. Use knowledge base from prior projects to design the solution. Review deliverables created by team and provide suggestions as required. Present reports and recommendations to customers. Provide industry perspective and product experience for qualifying the recommendations. . Acts as an industry SME for compensation products, understand business and technical requirements, consult with the customers to design and recommend solution architecture, manage large and complex program ensuring complete coverage of client's requirements and product quality within client and project specifications . Business development through differentiated solutions based on experience and learning from other implementations driven by the candidate in prior engagements. . Deep pocket relation with IBM Alliance and partnership will be a strong plus Technical Knowledgebase . Prior implementation experience on industry leading compensation CoTS products . Prior architectural experience in IBM ICM / Varicent with strong hands on experience across ICM modules - Calculations , Presenters, Web-Forms and Java scrips . Strong knowledge on data modelling and data base (preferably SQL server) . Good to have prior working experience on .NET, SSO integration using Active Directory / LDAP / SAML 2.0 . Experience on other industry products like CallidusCloud, ProducerPro, TrueProducer & TrueComp & Vertafore SIRCON is a plus Every submission should carry the below details. .
