Please go through below requirement if you are comfortable please share your updated resume and below submission details. *Role : TIBCO BPM* *Location: Columbus, GA* *Hire Type: Contract* *Passport number mandatory.* *Job Description:* TIBCO BPM • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in complex business process application design, development, and/or installation in TIBCO BPM area. • Experience in design and development of Case Management and Business Process applications as per the requirements. • Should be able to prepare TIBCO BPM Solutions including Organization Model, Case Data Models business services, processes, page flow and Case Actions based on functional requirements. • Responsible for creating executable models based on business workflow requirements, augmenting these models with elements required to implement the technical solution. • Responsible for creating scripts or rule specifications based on decision logic, and implementing integration points with applications or services. • Integrate the BPMS solution with other enterprise frameworks including UI and Service frameworks to provide user interaction and to integrate the process design with existing systems. • Ability to understand NFR requirements and design components to meet them is mandatory • Experience in design and development of Case Management and Business Process applications as per the requirements. • Experience with continuous integration using Jenkins. • Strong understanding of a distributed version control system (specifically git) • Experience in packaging and deployment of BPM applications to different environments. *Soft skills:* - Must have very good written, verbal and presentation communication skills and English speaking skills. - Ability to coordinate with application teams, clients, account teams and be able to clearly explain the problem, solution, suggestions and provide status updates to client and other stakeholders. - Be able to work with other team members as a team and represent the team in professional manner. - Must have the ability to learn on the job and show interest in learning new technologies that are required in the project. Good to have experience in Agile Scrum based projects.
