Position Accountability Design and execute the PEGA business aspects,
inclusive of customer experience, business architecture and functional
systems design.

Expected Outcomes à
• A high quality and consistent end to end customer experience is delivered
across the customer lifecycle and channels. Industry-leading PEGA business
processes are designed, built, and effectively measured
• Decomposition of the business strategy and roadmap capabilities into
concrete functional deliverables that can be leveraged for building highly
innovative PEGA Engine
• Ensure business-alignment, quality, and efficiency by structuring PEGA
business architecture documentation and functional specifications for ease
of use across all key stakeholders
Position Responsibilitiesà
• This is a hands-on business architecture and analyst role that focuses on
execution of the PEGA product roadmap by leveraging the customer experience
management, user experience, enterprise architecture, business process
management, and traditional business analysis.
• To translates business requirements into functional specifications
• independently conceptualize and design digital business systems (with a
mixture of creative and analytical thinking)
• Build documentation, inclusive of integration, functional specifications,
and quality assurance deliverables
• Interact with key internal and external stakeholders and developers to
define and deliver complex and innovative Automobile capabilities.
• Support internal and external Quality Assurance teams with test case
creation, test case execution, and defect analysis to ensure proper and
correct implementation.
• Maintain and improve product quality through various forms of software
testing (Integration, Functional, End to End, Regression).
