Role: ServiceNow Admin Location: Brooklyn, NY Long Term Only Green Card and USC Share 9+ years profiles JD: . Must have ServiceNow implementation experience, including development, configuration and administration in an enterprise environment. . Advanced scripting of business rules, ACLs, workflow activities . Knowledgeable in ServiceNow best practices . Relational database experience (Oracle) . Experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Signon . Experience with ServiceNow components including, but not limited to, Incident / Change/ Problem Management / Asset Management/ CMDB/ Knowledge Mgmt, Release Mgmt, Discovery and Service Mapping, Financial . Additional ServiceNow skills preferred (Security Mgmt, Patch Mgmt) . Good analytical and problem solving skills .
