· Review gaps and create PDDs
· Review & Provide Input to Gaps/Design Sessions/Local Requirements
· Baseline configuration and unit test cycles
· Perform integration test cycles
· Help complete UAT
· Execute cut over and Go-Live activities
- Perform incident analysis and resolution during testing and hyper care

· Business Process expertise related to Sales Documents, Shipping,
Billing, Pricing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment
· Should have knowledge on Interfaces between SFDC to SAP,
Equipment Master, Serial number Management & Third party Order processing.
· Should have good expertise on EDI process like Quotes, Orders,
ASN & Invoice.
· Good experience within integration to SAP modules: MM Materials
Management, FI Finance, RAR
· Detailed understanding of OTC interface objects like IDOCS,
BAPI'S. XML interfaces, BDC methods.
· Ability to perform fit gap analysis, design within standard SAP
framework, configuration, testing, go-live and support activities
