Job Description : * Knowledge of Pega or other BPM software and functional design using tools. * Working knowledge around DCO & requirement documentation. * Strong technical and communication skills. * Presentation, flow charting, documentation expertise. * Experience in creating system flow diagrams. * Efficiency and Effectiveness of process and effective user experience. * No customization and Low code mindset. * Crisp Requirement documentation and communication. * Able to quickly test requirements for readiness , perform show & tell with users Desired Skills. * Knowledge of Pega software & functional design using Pega. * Proficient in tools and techniques for capturing Business Requirements for Pega applications. * In depth understanding of PRPC tools and framework. * Keeping up-to-date with new Pega features.
