Detailed Job duties below. *Job Duties:* · Should have worked in all essential phases of project management – project initiation, estimation and planning, execution, monitoring and tracking and closure · Ability to manage forecasts, budgets is a *must* · Experience leading and managing teams using Agile methodology is required · Manage overall program – VSTS/workstreams/teams, backlog, working with business-BA-IT teams – sizing efforts into sprints, release plans, meeting coordination · Schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to project team members and track completion of project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related products · Will need to perform a myriad of administrative tasks · Communicate project information to stakeholders, design templates, create presentations, review and edit project deliverables and maintain the project information repository. · Manage team, resolve project conflicts, identify resource requirements and align the project team on project scope. · Should dissect existing project management practices and propose improvements for process efficiency. · Ensure that projects are effectively planned and well-organized · Work with different support systems · Superior soft skills, written & verbal communication · Prior experience managing multiple, small, project teams simultaneously will be a big plus · Must have prior development background in web application development.
