Job Description:

·      Must be proficient in both SailPoint and CyberArk administration and
integrations. 

·      Application Management

·      Support SailPoint IIQ related support tasks

·      Support SailPoint IIQ related support tasks for integration of
applications in serviced environment.

·      Respond and resolve support issues for SailPoint IIQ for Access
Certifications, Policy Management, Audit Reporting, Self-Service Access
Management, Password Management, and Lifecycle Event Management 

·      Maintain authorized users in the SailPoint IIQ environment

·      Review and Resolve Authentication issues with AD

·      Review and Resolve issues with access and provisioning policies

·      Troubleshoot issues with role types, approvals, certifications, and
quality

·      Generate reports of SailPoint IIQ User Activity\Policies 

·      General day-to-day operation and maintenance of the SailPoint IIQ
infrastructure

·      Operate, manage and maintain joiner, mover, leaver processes which
includes the user onboarding and off boarding and its associated connectors,
business logic as configured in the tool.

·      Monitor daily/weekly schedule tasks and troubleshoot on task
failures.

·      Support joiners, leavers, and quick link workflows and related rules.

·      Support access certification implementation including certification
configurations and rules.

·      Provide backup management of the connectors and critical
configuration as needed. 

·      Documenting the operational processes, standard operating procedures.


·      Responsible for operating and managing the password management and
self-service module of SailPoint IIQ platform. 

·      Provide for Incident response, service request fulfillment, and
investigation support:

·      Perform troubleshooting for incident management and break fix

·      Perform ongoing collection of usage data for use on a quarterly basis
to evaluate, assess and recommend Use Case adjustments

·      Responsible for configuring, monitoring, and alerting as applicable
to monitor the health of SailPoint IIQ environment.

·      Document supporting change requests, implementation and
configuration.

·      Application Administration

o    Support data cleanup and initial data load activities to analyze
identity data attributes and data flow between HR system, LDAP system,
analyze, and document extraction. 

o    Provision SailPoint IIQ access policies 

o    Provision SailPoint IIQ access for Administrators

o    Make configuration changes and test to address known security
vulnerabilities or risks

·      Application Maintenance Management

o    Maintenance and upkeep of SailPoint IIQ application. 

o    Vendor Service Pack, Level Update/Upgrade as recommended and mutually
agreed 

§  Apply patches to SailPoint IIQ appliances and to SailPoint IIQ
application under supervision of the Client, SailPoint team and test
application level patches 

§  Perform all application related dot version upgrades to SailPoint IIQ
appliances and SailPoint IIQ application under supervision of the Client,
SailPoint team

§  Test all SailPoint IIQ appliance and SailPoint IIQ application software
upgrades
