*Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* This position will be on a team that is responsible for eliciting and writing Product business requirements. They will be responsible for supporting Product Managers in developing high-level business requirements that will be routed through a cross-functional intake process and for breaking down these high-level business requirements into more detailed business requirements. They will be responsible for obtaining inputs from all relevant cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are agreed upon and finalized. While the Mobile Product organization does not own the functional requirements, at times this resource may be required to work with system owners to document functional requirements in order to drive a project forward and to ensure all requirements are completed. Additionally, this resource will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to ensure there is traceability across all requirements including high-level business requirements, detailed business requirements, functional requirement, and test cases. After development is complete this resource will be responsible for supporting and providing clarity for validation efforts (i.e., if defects are identified by test teams this resource will help teams troubleshoot by tracing defect back to the business requirements). In order to be successful in this role this resource will have an understanding of both business process and technical capabilities to implement solutions to the more complex business needs/problems. Candidate must have high attention to detail and must be a driven individual capable of managing workload with minimal oversight. They must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with varying delivery methodologies (primarily waterfall, some agile); varying tools; and evolving processes. The must be able to serve as a champion for the Mobile Product organization while also serving as a liaison between various cross-functional groups impacted by a particular initiative. They will need to be a quick study who will understand business process, new technologies and technical capabilities to implement solutions to the more complex business needs/problems. 5-10 years of experience.
