*Roles Requirements:*

·         Manage the ServiceNow solution design for

·         Understand the business context and how to translate business and
functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation

·         Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform
capabilities

·         Conduct architectural and technical workshops

·         Scope and develop application development Proof of
Concepts/prototypes with prospective customers

·         Document and present technical solutions aligned with our
client's business problems



*Qualification:*

·         10 + years of IT experience

·         5+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect for
ServiceNow solutions

·         3+ years of experience in technology implementation

·         Experience in designing and building integrations and e-bonding
solutions

·         Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Orchestration and ITOM applications

·         Experience facilitating client-facing workshops

·         Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML and libraries/frameworks
such AngularJS and Bootstrap

·         Strong people development skills, including coaching and
mentoring for technical role

·         Certification ServiceNow Administrator

·         Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (Preferable)

Job Description –

-          Should have conceptual understanding of business capability,
Service Portfolio

-          Clear understanding of business application and associated
service & information objects

-          Should have a good view & understanding of the primary business
function of the enterprise & suppliers, contracts

-          Should have a deep understanding on Design, Service Offerings &
ability articulate back to technical and business consumers

-          Ability to manage key stakeholders like EA, Application Owners,
Service Owners & BRM to explain the concepts of CSDM

-          Should be able to materialize the conceptual view into a
physical layers of ServiceNow

-          Should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Table Structure
of the ServiceNow Platform

-          Deep Knowledge in ITIL / IT4IT Ref Arch

·         Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.

·         Service-now for custom Application Design & Development.

·         Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of
cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify
Workflows.

·         Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the
Service-now platform.

·         Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.

·         Provide technical direction for the development, design, and
systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through
implementation.
