Title: Business Analyst Location: Peoria, IL Duration: 1 Year Responsibilities: . Participate in gathering business requirements for service cloud implementation . Share and recommend best practice approaches to meet business needs . Document use cases. Understand and analyze details provided in the use cases or task narratives . Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to business, delivery team, and IT teams . Work with the technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements . Lead user acceptance test planning and execution, including test case and expected outcome documentation . Validate solutions and perform QA to ensure requirements are met Requirements: . 5+ Years Salesforce experience . Salesforce Certification . Strong experience working on Agile projects. . Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce service cloud objects and processes. . Experience in CTI implementation. . Experience in Lightning Conversion . Excellent oral and written communication skills with high level of initiative and attention to detail .
