Position Justification:
This requisition is needed to help DTMB support the new MICSES Help
Desk. Dynamics365 was the platform of choice for Child Support. DTMB
must install, design and configure, this solution for OCS because
their new Help Desk has no solution in place at this time.
Additionally, DTMB must fully maintain, operate and enhance the
solution while providing customer IT support once the solution is
operational.
